ChallengersZendaya, Josh O'Connor, and Mike Faist turn up the heat in new
Published on March 04, 2026 EDT The trio star in Luca Guadagnino's upcoming tennis drama about a scandalous love triangle.

It's game, set, and match for Challengers.

A new trailer for Luca Guadagnino's sultry romance, set in the world of professional tennis, dropped on Wednesday, and while this one's not scored to another Rihanna banger, it still provides a deep look into the scandalous love triangle among actors Zendaya, Mike Faist, and Josh O' Connor playing out in center court.

The trio turn up the heat in the provocative new film centering on tennis prodigy Tashi Duncan (Zendaya), who becomes a coach after a devastating career-ending injury. She is married to a Grand Slam champion named Art (Faist), and in an effort to end his current losing streak, Tashi enters Art in a challenger event, in which he'll face off against Patrick (O'Connor), his former best friend... and Tashi's ex-boyfriend. Who knew tennis could get so complicated?!

The clip follows the origin of the threesome's love triangle, with Art and Patrick both asking Tashi to become their coach after her knee injury relegates her to the sidelines. As her relationships with the pair of pros gets hotter and hotter, they become progressively more tense.

"He's not in love with you," Art exclaims at one point, to which Tashi replies, "What makes you think I want someone to be in love with me?"

After Art declares that he does love her, she answers simply, "I know." Ouch.

Challengers hits theaters April 26. Watch the trailer above.
