Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of raping 17-year-old girl in fourth lawsuit
Published on December 01, 2025 EDT Three sexual assault lawsuits were filed against the media mogul last month.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with a fourth lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault.

A woman, who is unnamed in the complaint, alleges Combs and two other men gang-raped her in New York in 2003, when she was 17 years old and Combs was 34. In the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Manhattan and reviewed by EW, the woman says she met the two men at a lounge in the Detroit area, and they took her to a recording studio in New York via private plane.

After she arrived, the woman alleges in the complaint, Combs and the two men "plied" her with drugs and alcohol, and took turns raping her as she drifted "in and out of consciousness." The complaint alleges she "fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor" following the alleged assaults, and was ultimately flown back to Michigan.

In a statement to EW, Combs denied the allegations. "Enough is enough," he said. "For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”

Douglas H. Wigdor, an attorney for the woman, said in his own statement, "As alleged in the complaint, defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City. The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life.”

The first lawsuit against the media mogul was filed by singer-songwriter Cassie on Nov. 16, where she accused Combs of rape, years of control, and physical abuse. It was settled a day after it was filed, with no details of the settlement publicly shared. Two more lawsuits were filed against Combs within days of Cassie's lawsuit similarly alleging sexual assault. Combs has denied all of the allegations against him.
