After winning Best Actress at Cannes in May, Selena Gomez just added another acting milestone to her increasingly crowded list of awards honors, as the TV Academy finally recognized her performance in Only Murders in the Building with her first acting nomination at the Emmys.
Among the full list of nominations announced Wednesday morning, Gomez — who produces and also stars in Only Murders in the Building — scored her first-ever acting nod from the organization in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series category.
The 31-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place actress and "Lose You to Love Me" performer was previously nominated twice at the Primetime Emmys, but only for producing Only Murders when it was nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series. She has two prior Daytime Emmys nominations, too, both for producing her Outstanding Culinary Series nominee Selena + Chef.
