What better way to celebrate 6,000 episodes of The View than with Joy Behar's notoriously disruptive cell phone interrupting the show for what feels like the 6,000th time?
As the ladies walked out to the Hot Topics table on the long-running program's 6,000th edition, moderator Behar — filling in for Whoopi Goldberg, who typically had Fridays off — segued into the first point of discussion for the day, and her cell phone seemingly wanted in on the action.
"Okay, thank you! Hello out there, and welcome to The View. Trump took the stage last night as the headline act of the RNC, where he accepted the nomination from the party," Behar said, continuing before Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" clapped through her commentary.

"Oh my God," Behar said, pausing before repeating, "Oh my God."
The 81-year-old continued speaking while cohost Sara Haines' hand quickly entered the frame to snatch away Behar's device, and it wasn't seen again during the segment.
The moment marked the latest in a growing line of noise-based offenses that have, for years, emanated from Behar-owned technology.

In March, Goldberg even lowered her head to the show's table after Behar's phone went off during a live telecast. At the time, Behar confirmed that it was not, in fact, someone calling her, but rather "a timer," she said, before further clarifying that it was "a clock timer."
Back in November 2022, the show's legal expert, Sunny Hostin, sprung into action when she took Behar's noisy cell phone into custody and transported it backstage amid a live show.
The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET/PT on ABC.
