Deadpool & Wolverine throws a lot in your face (innuendo intended). Is that another surprise cameo in Ryan Reynolds’ red latex pants or is he just happy to see you? Probably both! Much like Avengers: Endgame was packed full of characters, this third Deadpool film is like that but for the older 20th Century Fox superheroes. This the first time in 15 years Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are reuniting their titular characters on screen as Marvel comics mutants now enter the MCU fold. In Deadpool terms, prepare to unhinge your jaw and take it all in. —Nick Romano, Senior Editor

Starting today, the Paris Olympics celebrates top athletes across the globe competing in a variety of summer sports. Newly added competitions include: breakdancing, speed climbing, and something called “kayak cross" (for the kids, of course!). Not into sports? This breezy Hulu family comedy — starring Kerry Washington as Paige Alexander, a therapist who reluctantly reconnects with her dad, Edwin (Delroy Lindo), after he gets out of prison — grows its cast and its confidence in season 2. John Stamos joins as a self-satisfied “family radical healing coach,” and P-Valley’s Brandee Evans struts in as a lawyer/pole-dancing teacher. Meanwhile, Paige’s shy son, Finn (the charming Faly Rakotohavana), emerges from his shell with some help from grandpa. Blending sincere emotion with warm humor and "why not?" whimsy, UnPrisoned is a binge worth breaking into. —Kristen Baldwin, TV Critic

The Eternals movie was a swing and a miss for the MCU, but the latest comics edition is one of the best. Writer Kieron Gillen nails the alien logic of these cosmic characters while also finding their human vulnerability. Artist Esad Ribić makes them truly look like ancient gods in a modern world. —Christian Holub, Senior Writer

Kathleen Hanna, feminist punk icon and integral part of the riot grrrl movement, didn't become who she is overnight.
